Product images and descriptions are provided for reference only. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in appearance may occur.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled from regional warehouses or our international distribution hub depending on your location and product availability. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please note that SIM card activations and data plan top-ups are non-refundable once processed.

7. Warranty

ETMY TECH walkie-talkies are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted to info@etmytalk.com with proof of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product designs, and brand assets — is the property of ETMY TECH and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Use
